Think Cher from Clueless.
Think any '90s movie for that matter. It's not a center part, a side part, or really any part…it's just all your hair tossed over to one side. All the models and celebrities (like Kristen Stewart) seem to be wearing their hair like this, a little messy and a little rocker-like.
When I wear my hair like this, I can keep optimum volume by continuing to toss if from left to right (and vice versa) every once in a while. It works so well that it always makes me feel like a hair genius.
I sometimes like to look back on the different hair trends of the decades. It's interesting to me to see how the way people parted their hair was a major trend for the time period. Sometimes a center part is all the rage and sometimes it's super nerdy. The only other time I can think of the side toss being a trend, was the early and mid-90s. I'm so happy it's a thing again, because I love it. It just feels so laid back, effortless and cool. And the very best part is that you don't have to have any kind of skills in the hair department to master this trend. Whatsoever.
It doesn't hurt to use some products for texture and possibly for hold. I love the texture and hold Elnet gives me!
