My boyfriend moved 1300 miles, transferred jobs and forfeited all his furniture to move in with me. I knew it was a big sacrifice and I wanted to be sure that he felt it all worth it upon arriving. To make him feel welcome I crafted a large basket full of items to aid comfort in a new city; a street map, bus schedule, restaurant guide and local food items. I also added some creature comforts from home too; a printed satellite image of his old street, a box of stationary to write home with and pictures of his friends and family. To remind him what it was all for I made sure to add a few sexy gestures as well…that I’ll leave between me, my man and the basket.
