If you live anywhere near Reno NV, schedule a facial at the Atlantis.  For 50 minutes, you are slathered and massaged with seasonal yummies including pumpkin (fall), peppermint (winter) and some sort of flower for Spring.

When you check in on the third floor, you are given a key.  This leads to your locker where you find the most comfy robe in the world.  Donning the robe, you are wisked away to a dark candlelit room.  Slipping naked between heated sheets, the therapist begins working on your face.  Doing lots of secret stuff to it.  While you are soaking in the benefits, you are given a parafin dip for your hands.  Hands are then slipped into warm mittens.

All this costs you between $75-$135 but it is definitely worth it!
