But if you're dragging a convertable car seat along on your travels, the wheels are so helpful. Very easy to assemble. Amanda gave me a quick lesson and we had no trouble. Once we strapped in the Britax, we could put our carry-on luggage in the seat. Amanda had an even better idea. She put her baby right in the seat and pulled her through the airport. Once we got to the gate, we checked the seat. This gave us peace of mind that the seat would not get lost or thrown carelessly in the process of loading the plane. Many parents buy a seat for their child on the plane and strap her into the car seat for the flight This is a very safe way to go, and we will do this in the future. We were traveling last-minute and held Celia on our laps during the flight.

For parents who travel often with their baby and car seat, I highly recommend this sturdy, useful product. One word of caution: The product does not fit all car seats, so make sure it is compatible with yours before purchasing.
