I market myself as an earthy, all-natural type of mom, but I have my little hidden pantry secrets and this is one of them: the chemical goodness of Warm Delights Minis by Betty Crocker. They are available in the cake mix aisle. One serving has just 150 calories. You add water and nuke for 25 seconds and out comes a warm, gooey chocolate cakey substance with molten chocolate or caramel ribbons. I cannot believe how delicious these are! Better not to look at the ingredient list unless you have an allergy, because this is not a health food. But it's a great cold-weather, sneaky, sinful treat.

I agree. I tried the brownie. It was absolutely fantastic. A bit pricey however for the portion. I'll have to remember to treat myself every now and then.
