I’m always looking for new shadows to try. Shadows that actually apply the shade they appear. While colors will change with skin tone (depending on the base), some shadows turn out to look almost exact to the hue you see. The Balm has created shadows that do just that. The have great pigment, apply well, and stay. Less is more. If you’re an artist, the only down-side is that they don’t come in palette form. There are eleven colors in the line, and only one is matte, so if you like matte shadows, I wouldn’t recommend this brand.
