I am a lip balm addict, especially in the winter. I’m not as bad as my sister-in-law, however, who literally stashes lip balm all over her house. Aveeno’s new Essential Moisture Lip Conditioner with SPF 15 is a great, inexpensive (less than $4) lip balm/protectant with natural oatmeal, jojoba oil and shea butter. It makes a great foundation before lipstick, or by itself. Your husband or boyfriend may even want to borrow it. I will definitely buy it again!

This is absolutely the best--I've used it for a year now. I keep one in several places so I can always find it.
I definitely think you can buy great beauty products on a "drugstore" budget.
What a joy it is to find a really good product that has a price that doesn't send me into a panic attack!
