Have you ever applied eyeliner and within hours, you look like you haven’t slept because it has run under your eyes? I think everyone has. MAC has one of the only eye liners (from my experience) that doesn’t crease, run, or do anything except stay on from sun-up to sun-down. Its liquid formula dries fast and stays put. The only way to really remove it is to use some sort of an oil makeup remover. Of course they’ll recommend their own, but you can use any brand. You apply it with a micro-tip brush for precise application. Personally, I like to use the billy b. #10 liner brush because I think it gives better control.
