The “no-nonsense, tough-love guide for savvy girls who want to stop eating crap and start looking fabulous” book written my two former models who really know their shit. Yes the vulgar language is unnecessary, but it makes it a fun read for anyone looking for a quick read.

These girls explain the ways in which animal activists and models eat. That’s right, these people promote a vegan lifestyle. They explain how meat and dairy hurts your body and how fruits, vegetables, and whole grains cleanse and rejuvenate you.

To get their point across about how serious they are about not eating animal products, they give a detailed chapter about animal cruelty in slaughter houses by providing horrific stories from the workers that have to endure these Satanist acts.

I am normally not a very emotional person, but while reading this tear ran down my face as I imagined in my head what that animal has to endure in order to be processed into meat. It really drives the point home why people don’t eat meat or any animal byproduct for that matter. I loved it! It was a very fast read and very enjoyable. It really goes by the model, “you are what you eat.”

I agree that this book is written to evoke an emotional response. I found the language to be humorous, however it may offend other readers as it can be viewed as unnecessary. Overall, however, I was a bit disappointed because I thought that this book would be a little different. I think that the first half of the book is a good read and then from about the middle on it becomes focused on transforming you into a Vegan. Nothing against Vegans, we all have our lives and do what you feel is right, it's just not what I expected based on the first half. Overall I would give the book a three, it's interesting and educational.
