I find it annoying, both on sets and while I'm just just out-and-about, that my lip color doesn't stay. When I first leave the house, or put lip color on a client, it looks great for about 10 minutes (okay, I'm exaggerating, but you know what I mean). There are some great long-wear lip colors out there, but they are usually pigmented to act as a lipstick. The Superstay Gloss from Maybelline is the sheer, less expensive version of that. It wears for hours, and goes on sheer. You can build color by adding another coat, but make sure that the first coat is COMPLETELY dry! Then add and gloss over it to customize your look. I use it on myself and on clients because no other gloss has as much staying power.
