„I’m followed by bad chance” , „The circumstances were not favorable” ”I can’t do it”, „I’m not perfect”, „It’s something wrong with me…”. First of all, there’s nothing wrong with you or your life. It’s just that you didn’t know HOW TO HANDLE IT. But that’s about to change.

The benefits of Ancient Wisdom & Knowledge
Sometimes certain conditions, people or situations in life force you to look for deeper meanings. That’s when you really start your journey. It’s like waking up. Luckily, today there are lots of wisdom guides that help us. (beware for there are lots of gurus, misguided or wrong teachings as well).

Wisdom is not philosophy!
Simple, universal, result-tangible, honest, open heart wisdom is what works.

The Boomerang Effect
I’m sure you are familiar with the „What goes around, goes around, goes around, comes all the way back aroooouuuuund…..” chorus. Yes, it’s Justin Timberlake’s hit „What goes around, comes around”, but have you ever thought what it actually means? Well he was talking about the Cause-Effect law of The Universe. Or, to put it in Eastern Ancient words, The Law of Karma. So, let’s say a big thanks to Justin for promoting this universal truth.

In reality, there’s no such thing as luck.
There’s no such thing as a mystical, inexplicable phenomena governing over your life. It’s just you creating your own life. So, create responsibly. This is how you can “unlock your luck”, transform yourself and your life.

OK, OK, now, I’m not going to keep you cliff-hanged and introduce you to a short summary of ancient wisdom. Please read and apply the followings keeping in mind that whatever you do comes back to you (according to the Cause-Effect Law)

1.Smiling All Day Keeps The Psychologist Away!
Don’t take life so serious. No matter what, SMILE. Have a joyful attitude towards everything. When you’re sad, SMILE! When you’re afraid, SMILE! When you hate, SMILE! Then your mood will radically change. And the revelation: being so serious and upset is really ridiculous.

You may have seen it, heard it, but never really given it a change. It’s all over the internet, magazines and Oprah talks about it too. That’s convincing, huh? However, I’m going to tell it to you from an ancient point of view: have positivity in thinking, in speech and in your actions…….What’s that supposed to mean? Well, it’s all about having wholesome thinking, healthy speech and actions. That is actions that are good for me and for the others, that do not cause suffering or pain. Actions that actually help the others to be happy.

Work your way up with this one! It will come back to you just like a boomerang!
Give, give, give. Give with your mind: send happy thoughts to people you care about, people you know are in trouble and to all human kind. Give with your speech: use kind and loving talking with every person you have the chance. Make them laugh. Make them smile. Remember, when you give, actually you receive. Give with your actions: make something for other people’s happiness. Help them cross the street, read the instructions manual, get a job. Do it for them and do it for yourself.

4.Loving Kindness
Open your heart and lovingly send sincere, happy wishes to friends, family, neighbors, colleagues. Try it for a day or two. Notice how you feel. Can you now stop radiating joy? No, you’re not.

5 .Gratitude is the best attitude
Be grateful for whatever you receive. Say an honest “Thank you” to every little thing that you get. No matter it’s a smile when you get to work, an opened door at the mall or an invitation to cinema. And, last but not least, be grateful to your creator for offering you the priceless gift of life. Do that every day. Thank you!

Pay attention to yourself: your breath, your body, your mind. Don’t let yourself drawn to unwholesome states of mind, sorrow, depression or suffering. Remember, you have to live with yourself 70 more years from now on. So, make a friend of your mind. Tame it. Whenever you notice an awkward thought just smile. This will guard you from going the wrong way.

7. Forgiveness
So, you did a mistake. Get over it, it’s not such a big deal. Forgive yourself. So, they’ve hurt you. Get over it, it’s not such a big deal, it’s history. Forgive them.

8. Practice
No matter it’s mindfulness, loving kindness, or something else have a daily practice to support you through life.
