After living by Notre Dame for a couple of years, where the sky is usually overcast from Lake Michigan, I have a whole new appreciation for big, open blue sky! Is it possible for the sky to feel bigger from one place on the planet to another? So many overcast days have made the sky in Texas so delicious! I find my iPhone constantly shooting pics of the various faces of the sky! One day, I actually pulled over and took pictures of a rainbow in the sky with no rain in sight! Rainbows without rain in Texas such a sight to see! The colors were all swirled brightly in with the clouds and I couldn’t believe what it looked like!
They say if you don’t like the weather in Texas wait about ten minutes and it will change! That’s what the sky is like here too! It never ceases to amaze and delight me!
