The Basic Law of Weight Loss

There are basic laws of the universe that we are living in each and every day. It doesn’t matter if you acknowledge them, believe in them or trust them, they are always present. We hear a ton about Law of Attraction, and even some of the other ones, but we rarely hear about this extremely important law. This law is the foundation of our lives. When you are making decisions in life, you will want to ask yourself if it is aligned with this law. When you want change in your life, you will want to ask yourself am I moving towards this law of away from it. You want to know what it is?

More Life
That’s it. Plain and simple. If you are looking to lose weight you must ask yourself this basic question first. Is the methodology I am using to lose weight adding to my life? If you are struggling, forced and punishing yourself I do not believe this is more life. I do not believe your higher power (universe, god, source, your word here) would have a path for you that required force, struggle and punishment as the basic law of your life is “more life.”

Ask yourself, what am I doing for my body that will add more life? How am I stepping up in my life in order to receive the body that I truly desire? I assure you it won’t happen any other way. It won’t happen from a diet. It won’t happen from counting your calories. It won’t happen with a surgery. It won’t happen with a drug. I hate to break it to you; all of those go against the basic law.

You deserve more life. You deserve to lose weight without tripping your life of delicious food, rich desserts, and slow sips of wine. I don’t care if you want to lose ten pounds or 100 pounds; you still abide by the same laws. You still deserve to eat the foods that fill your body with pleasure and you deserve to skip the gym and take a nap when you are exhausted. You are not destined to be a calorie counting, working out machine, unless that it your true desire, in which it would add to your life.

You deserve more life, no matter what size or shape you are. As soon as you realize that, you are in a place to move forward and really change your body for good.
