The Difference Between Exhausted and Tired

I’ve been exhausted a few times in my life but I’ve been tired many more times than I can count. When I’m exhausted I’m on the wrong path and beaten up, down and sideways. Raced, depleted, drained, mentally beaten up, emotionally sucked dry are all things that occur when you’re doing something that is in contradiction to what you know is in your highest and best interest.Exhausted

The other day while teaching a class there was a woman in the audience who told us she had a broken ankle that hadn’t healed for 6 months. Now this is a very long time for an ankle not to heal.

At the break I asked her if she’d like me to work on the ankle. She was very receptive. We talked for a few minutes with several people standing around. I asked about what happened and she said that she broke it falling from her horse. Then I asked what really happened and she gave me fine details about the event.

Now this is not what I meant by my question of what happened. When we asked a few more times and started clearing the energy from her ankle and her brain that was blocking the issue she started crying. She then told me what REALLY happened which was that her husband had left her.

I asked her when she decided to leave him and she said she didn’t. I pursued this line of questioning and then she said she really left him 10 years ago in her mind. She was emotionally exhausted from all the mistrust, anger bouts of her husband etc and fortunately her energy body was strong enough to handle the exhaustion for 10 years. But what really happened is that every energetic aspect of the issue collided and it was now preventing her from moving forward.

Energy is inexhaustible but we have been trained otherwise. We have been given a line of nonsense that we don’t have enough, there’s not enough to go around blah, blah, blah.

Tired is when the body has been used wisely and the mind is in collaboration. The mind can be tired as well and the good mental tired is when the mind has been given breaks throughout the day and is doing work that the soul, higher you, loves. Now this is a good tired.

Exhausted is when the body, mind, emotions AND energy are drained and need outside help.

The body may get tired but exhaustion comes when there’s a collision of incorrect energy, thinking, patterning, holding of untruths and when doing something that is in conflict with your highest and best good.

Are you tired or are you exhausted?

If things are not in alignment for you energetically, I invite you to listen in to my upcoming no cost teleclass. I will be sharing with you ways to find clarity around the power of energy and how to use it to create the change in your life that you have been looking for.
