For this butt exercise, you’ll be doing squat jumps. The Vertical Frog Jump will tone your butt, thighs, and back. Start in a standing position with feet shoulder width apart. Go into a deep squat, placing your hands on the ground. Next, jump from the deep squat position and reach your hands over your head. Land softly and replace your hands on the ground. Come back to a standing position and repeat the squat exercise. Do two sets of 12 reps.
