Add this stability ball exercise to your workout routine to tighten and tone your chest, arms, and abs.

For a quick at-home workout, try the stability ball exercise Dolphin to tone your triceps, arms, and abs. Exercises with a stability ball are great at-home workout routines that don’t take up much time or space. This particular move focuses on balance, giving you a core exercise as well as an arm exercise. To start, balance on the stability ball with your hands touching at the center. Once in that position, bend your elbows and lower your body so that the ball rolls away from you and your elbows rest on the ball. Straighten your arms and roll the stability ball toward to you at the same time. Perform three sets of 15 reps to tighten your arms and abs.
