Fit Food: Molly Sims's Green + Clean Veggie Juice

If you’re wondering who has time to juice, here’s a little trick I learned: Right after you take your weekly trip to the grocery store or farmers market, portion your fruits and veggies into a week’s worth of Ziploc Baggies or Tupperware. That way they’re ready for you to just toss in the juicer! My go-to green juice recipe is below, but don’t be afraid to experiment. Beets, carrots, spinach, and romaine are other veggies that often make it into the mix in my kitchen.

Molly’s Green + Clean Veggie Juice


  • 1 green apple
  • a small bunch of kale
  • half a cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • a handful of parsley
  • a half of a lemon (peeled)
  • a small piece of ginger (optional)
