Living the Good Life

The best part of my job is that I get to help people. I get to wake up every day and create products and services, or work one on one with people to help transform their lives. I am living the good life because I know that I serve the world that is my truth, how about you?

Live the Good Life Tips:

1. Show Up: In order to live the good life you must show up every day. Not just wake up and go with the motions, but really show up. When you fully show up to the world you will have; better relationships, more energy, weight loss, and overall happiness. It is impossible to be the best you, when you do not show up fully every day.

2. Take care of yourself: When you make self-care your priority, everything else in your life will line up. Think about it, people always say; “I was doing so good, then I just got lazy” or “I just stopped caring” These are all signs of lack of self care. When you take care of yourself, living becomes much more important.

3. Give a little love: You need to give yourself a little love. Actually you need to give yourself a LOT of love. When you love yourself you are giving everyone else more room to love you too. It is difficult to feel true love from others when you don’t have it for yourself.

4. Trust Life: It is too often that we remove all trust from the universe. You’re okay. A part of your brain tries to trick you into thinking that you could be in danger, but you’re not. When you put a basic trust in life, you attract everything you could possibly desire, including weight loss. The world is not out to get you, just trust it a little more.

Whenever you can truly serve the world the best way you possibly can, you will feel the benefits of living the good life. You already have the good life, you just need to reach out and grab it!
