A Rock Star’s Approach to Weight Loss

How many of you have fallen madly in love with some rock star or big celebrity? I know I have! I was thinking about this the other day because some rock stars are downright unattractive, and it seems that some celebrities can have fans falling all over them with a less than ideal look. But these rock stars and celebrities have something in common … they are living their passion and we all get to see it.

Have you known someone who wasn’t all that confident and radiant, and then they picked up a new hobby or a new job and, all of a sudden, they are oozing fabulous energy? When you perform your passion your level of attraction skyrockets and suddenly all those things you desired (money, weight loss, relationships) are forming right in front of your eyes. I believe that when we are performing our passions, we are truly living our ideal lives, and therefore will always receive our ideal bodies.

Think about your day-to-day routine. Are you shining? Are you oozing with passion and excitement? Not to say that every day you have to be performing like a rock star, but what about most days? I know that every time I am on a coaching call helping someone change their relationship with food, exercise, and their bodies, I feel like a rock star. I know that when I speak about what I do, on or off stage, I feel like a rock star. You don’t ever have to set foot on stage literally, but are you stepping on stage to perform your passions mentally?

If your relationship with food, exercise, and your body isn’t where you want it to be, I challenge you to step away from it and focus on what would make you feel like a rock star. Remember, it doesn’t matter what a rock star looks like, weighs, or any of that superficial crap; they are up there expressing their deepest passions and desires and that level of attraction cannot be denied.
