<a href="http://www.artsengine.net" target="_blank" style="color:#c08434;"><b>Arts Engine</b></a> supports, produces, and distributes independent media of consequence and promotes the use of independent media by advocates, educators and the general public. Arts Engine achieves this through its various programs. <br /><br /> Big Mouth Films, a project of Arts Engine, produces feature-length, social issue documentaries independently and in collaboration with numerous companies and organizations. Big Mouth is best known for the Emmy-nominated film Deadline. <br /><br /> MediaRights, a project of Arts Engine, helps media makers, educators, librarians, nonprofits and activists use documentaries and shorts to encourage action and inspire dialogue on contemporary social issues. <br /><br /> The Media That Matters Film Festival, a project of Arts Engine, brings high-impact short films and “take action” tools to audiences around the country all year long through the distribution of the jury-selected collection on DVD and by web streaming, broadcasts and community screenings. <br /><br /> DocuClub, a project of Arts Engine, is a monthly film screening series of works-in-progress documentaries during which a filmmaker presents a rough cut of her film to DocuClub members and the public.
