When people call me Caroline I cringe. Coming to network on a site called DIVINE CAROLINE is a profound shift of consciousness around that name. <br /> <br /> Finding a name for myself has always been an issue. I have never liked my name very much and had many nick names. Marketing the work and talents that come thru me to grow and nurture, a name has been very important.<br /> You can't get that high of a price " without establishing your name" they would say.<br /> <br /> I graduated from art college in 1988 in an institution that has now become the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. There i vowed to make art for the masses, not just for an elite audience. I studied about the indigenous cultures and how art was embedded into the fabric of their lives, not a frivolous commodity. <br />
