I'm a 40-something, married, stay-at-home mother to 2 sets of twins. I like to say that I'm living proof that God has a sense of humor. In my former life, I used my higher education to help others, primarily children. I loved my career as a Program Director for a private foster family agency, which was extremely rewarding. After having my children, I decided to stay home with them and that’s when my higher education went out the window. Suddenly, I had no clue what I was doing…which became pretty evident when I found myself sitting outside their bedroom door one night wondering if I was creating future serial killers by letting them cry it out. These days, I spend what little spare time I have catching up on a good book, writing in my blog (www.twosetsoftwins.com) and enjoying an occasional glass of wine (or 3).
