I live in Iowa City, IA with my two kids, an elderly dog, and one itinerant husband. I have published two books, "Drawing from Life: The Journal as Art" and "Dan Eldon: The Art of Life." How women manage to keep a creative spark going while also raising children is a current fascination. I'm also interested in self-taught people (auodidacts) and people with multiple areas of expertise (polymaths).
