Kelly

Finally, I"m a writer (www.WhatTheKel.com). I’ve wanted to be a writer since college but life happened. And so far it’s been a great life. I've lived overseas, worked in professional sports and the government, taught yoga, studied five languages and traveled to 40 countries. I love lip gloss, the Yankees and high heels (and fantasize about being an Italian shoe model). I think it’s okay for a man to open doors and give up his seat on the subway. I swear a lot. Pray too. I've never been married or had kids but I've had a few serious relationships. I could live on baked ziti and pizza but mainly eat salads, fruit and potato chips. I fear growing old alone. I drink tea and prefer gin martinis. Dirty. I’ve dated guys in war and peace, here and abroad, young and old, with and without kids, married and divorced, white and blue collar, rich and poor, different ethnicities, religions and native languages, on a boat and on land. I try not to define my happiness by the presence or absence of a man but sometimes it’s hard. My hair is usually uncooperative.
