I am a mother of three children, my first born was born with a birth defect called Spina Bifida. She was born
July 11th 1983. She was a sick little one, but at the time my husband and I thought she was the best thing ever and she was our Miracle Baby. She wasn't suppose to survive her birth according to the doctor's. She proved them wrong. God wanted her here she had a mission to complete and she did. My baby Nicole passed away in October of 2006 at the young age of 23. At 21 she had made a list of goals and in a 6 week period she succeeded in completing her 1st two. Moving out on her own and getting herself a job. In the 1st week of September she moved out, the following week she found herself a job.Her personal care attendant helped her out each day. But she did a lot on her own. She passed away on October 30th 2006 in a fire in her apartment. I miss her everyday.

I now have my two other children, my daughter Kaytie, 22 and my son Dan, 16....they are my world and I would do anything for them. My fear now, is loosing one of them.

I am a Medical Laboratory Technician and a Licensed Massage Therapist. The latter I completed in 2008. I love this career so very much and my goal in the near future is to practice Oncology Massage. I am now Certified in that modality. I love the ocean, walking the beach, nature, photography and taking my two great nephews out for fun. One other goal i do have is to start writing. I am hoping I can achieve this here.
