Vital Statistics

Professional Life Coach (trained by Dr. Martha Beck)

Kripalu Yoga Teacher & Meditation Instructor

CPA, State of Washington

Oregon State University, BA, Business

The Longer Version

As a professional life coach (trained by Dr. Martha Beck), writer, Kripalu yoga teacher, and speaker, I help women in business who willingly juggle work, family, community work, and playtime, but want all of it to be meaningful.

Before pursuing entrepreneurship in coaching, speaking, and writing full-time, I worked at various public and private companies as a corporate accountant. Yoga and meditation were catalysts for me. Through the practices of yoga and meditation I experienced increased calm, and connection to a deep well of inner resources that transformed every area of my life. These practices, combined with coaching, have allowed me to create a wonderful, rich, purpose-driven life, with a sense of meaning and coherence.

My coaching philosophy rests on the premise that we have all the inner resources we need to live the life we are meant to live – and by changing ourselves, we change the world. Throughout my life I have found that challenging life circumstances are often a way to connect to purpose on a deeper level and uncover more of our natural resources and gifts. The lifestyle of professional women today, juggling so many competing priorities, offers plenty of opportunities to live with purpose, utilize more of our natural resources, and enjoy every minute of it.

When I’m not coaching, you can find me with family and friends. We currently live in Rome, Italy and I am the proud mom of a beautiful five year old daughter. My husband and I are self-proclaimed foodies and travel-lovers. I am an INTJ. I am also a social media junkie. I love the way we can stay connected all over the world today – we live in amazing times.
