I am chef and restaurant owner in Sioux Falls, SD. I&nbsp;love to creat recipes and adjust old one to fit someone allergy or diet needs.&nbsp; For me there is 4 steps into eating. Food has to smell good, look good, taste good and last be good in your body.<br /> I&nbsp;have written and published three cookbooks, Secrets of Healthy Middle Eastern Cuisine, Oh Boy, I Can't Believe It's Soy and Gluten Free Mediterranean.<br /> I&nbsp;play music when I&nbsp;cook so I&nbsp;can hit three birds with one stone; I&nbsp;cook from scratch so my family and customers have good food, I&nbsp;dance while cooking so I&nbsp;burn some calories and firm up and last I&nbsp;have fun.
