Hi! My name is Tom Gruber. I mainly write about sex. I've published “What the Bible REALLY says about SEX” available through Trafford.com, “The Ethics of Swinging” available through lulu.com, and “Is There Sex in Heaven?” available through lulu.com . I currently reside in Columbus, Ohio. I am and always have been single with no kids. I was born 2/25/53 in Dayton, Ohio and grew up in Union City, Ohio. I graduated from Mississinawa Valley High School in 1971. I went to the Columbus College of Art & Design in Columbus, Ohio. I've lived in Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Fort Worth, Texas, Denver, Colorado, Las Vegas, Nevada, Los Angeles and Anaheim, California, Providence, Rhode Island, and Buffalo, New York. Most of my employment has been in the field of telemarketing. My favorite hobbies include chess and Karaoke. My favorite TV shows are 24, Smallville, and Big Love. I’m also an avid movie buff. My favorite movies include The Dark Knight, Titanic, and the Spider-Man movies. I loved the cinematography and special effects of Avatar, but the story was just so-so.

I am a Christian. I was a member of the Worldwide Church of God for over twenty years, back during the days of Herbert W. Armstrong and his son Garner Ted. I now attend a reformed church.

I would best describe myself as a Christian who believes that polyamory and swinging can be reconciled with the Bible, which is mainly what I write about. So how did I come to my conclusions? At the age of 25, I was a virgin who had gone through several heart-wrenching relationships. I first got into swinging back in the seventies in Las Vegas, mainly out of rebellion and a strong libido. At that time, I thought swinging was wrong, but I did it anyway. Then somewhere along the line, I heard about polyamory. I now consider myself somewhere in between polyamory and swinging. I believe both lifestyles can be practiced ethically.

I hope you enjoy my articles. I encourage your comments, even if you disagree.
